Abdel Aziz a.ka. Neon8 is a respected Music Producer/DJ in the Metro. His genres ranging from hard hitting progressive tunes, break beats, even to down tempo and anything in between is always wanted for. He makes his audience experience high-energy music on a fast yet calm soothing groove.

Neon8, along side known pioneering pinoy electronic artists in the likes of Salamangkero, Wolfmann, Malek Lopez, Drip, Silverfilter, Morse, Squid 9 is one of the most influential figures in Pinoy Electronic Music scene. Putting electronica as a convergence of all musical genres, from classical to rock, from hip hop to dub and generally everything in between.

Neon8 was born out of his soul searching at Chicago back in 2001, where he was first introduced to Fruity Loops. Influenced by Global Underground and Hooj Records he began creating his own tracks. Coming home in Manila placed him in the path of the Pinoy electronic music scene through Electronica Manila's "Live EM" events where he played side by side with other live electronica artists at happening places in the metro. In 2003, He was credited for the soundtrack of Game Channel, the first interactive mobile arcade game show in the Philippines. On the same year, Neon8 released a limited smooth headphone candy EP album "Breakfast Loops" which, was later on released again by high demand through QED records in 2006. Come 2004 he became a finalist in the Ministry of Sound, BEDJ Mixmaster Competition in the Philippines. By 2005, Neon8, with blessings of one of Manila's Electronica Pioneer Malek Lopez and Sweetspots Mark Laccay, undertook a greater challenge on his music producing skills by collaborating with Nyko Maca. Although, producing and DJing "live" electro samba or popularly known as drum n bossa for Nyko Macas live act as his current satisfaction, Neon8 always wants to branch out. Currently expanding his DJing passion with his current love... Ableton Live. It opened his doors for more artist collaborations and more remix projects. Some of his remix projects include tracks from fellow artists like Wolfmann, Drip, Sound, to name a few.
